Gym device grill?

My gym has a few elder weights machines. On them, there are 2 numbers printed on the substance plates. I always assume the shipment I'm lifting is the lower of the 2, but what is the other number?

Answer:
Hi
Some reisistance machines have a big and low setting. This allows a more gradual build of weight lift.
It can also make you discern great when you lift the stack on the low setting (try doing this on the lofty set)

Low setting may go up to say-so 50 kg
high setting may jump to 100 kg

Look next to the stack of counterbalance to see if there is a pin posistion motto high/low.

If not this, it could be kg's and lb's
or any random number the factory owner has adopt.
If one number is just over twice the other after it's probably the weight within lbs and Kg

22lbs 10k
44lbs 20k

etc
It is pounds and KG.
you go gym not at your best join ya i love the gym
