2 weeks is not enough time by far. it should be an ongoing item. first thing contained by the morning you should do as many sets of 20 sit ups as u can. this will tone your muscles, so by the time u start to lose the deposit of fat covering them by running, u should see some biddable results. just keep on with what u are doing and youll particularly see results.

No, you shouldn't quite even so possibly. You may be in the process of a short time ago gaining zest and etc... if you're just losing belly hefty and that's it then it may filch a while to reach here. Also, try exercising at night beforehand you go to bed (not especially running, approaching sit ups etc)
try running an hour, or run a half hour 2 times a hours of daylight
well thats because u wont see any difference a short time ago yet impose it takes at lowest 3 months before you see any conveyance in your body so u will newly have to enjoy some patience it's not gonna develop over night.
