You don't say how much you weigh in a minute. You can safely loose something like 1/2 a stone a month maximum. From 1 to 2 pounds a week.
To loose weight, cut rear legs on the junk foods and fatty foods and guzzle more fresh fruits, veggies and whole grain. Be sure to drink at least 8 goggles of water a light of day.
Find exercise you like. Do you resembling dancing, bike riding, swimming?
