Weight Lifting Question?
3 times a week seems close to a lot but when I be younger that is what I thought. But as I return with on the internet and look for workout programs it seems that 99% of the workout programs are lone 4 day programs 2 days for one set of muscle groups and 2 days for the other set of muscle groups. Hope I explained myself right.
