It sounds like your metabolism works totally well. You shouldn't gain solidity by eating fatty foods, it's not devout for your heart, or your liver, even though you're thin (you may still grasp diabetes).

omg! i have alike problem! I'm a little underweight (5-8 and 118 pounds!) anyway my docter said no have need of to have unfurnished caleries but just hold more foods that are healthy and follow the food pryamid!
Well if your trying to gain shipment, fatty foods certainly is not the healthiest instrument to do so. Try eating more protein and work out to gain muscle to still remain decent.
You may be really damaging your arteries next to the fatty food. I did that to try and gain weight. Only gain a little, and have almost totally blocked heart arteries.

Enjoy being slim, its improved. Now eat more fruit and start exercising back you get a heart attack.
Depends on your age. For guys and girls it's recurrently hard to gain freight 18 or so. You can fight your metabolism and body type, but it's worth individual aware of your physical constraints.

However, if you want to gain weight:
1) Don't devour fatty foods. This just isn't perfect for you.
2) Increase the overall amount of food you eat. More protein within particular.

I used it but got a bit too chunky, and found I maintained the strength gain I had made at a lower shipment, but then again my interest is surrounded by maintaining a low consignment with maximal strength.

EDIT: Girls should not verbs about getting huge and bulky approaching guys. You don't produce enough testosterone to do this. You can catch strong and have a nice lean look.
Also, do some cardio. Cardio is correct for you.
this means that u hold a high metabolism .. check next to Ur doctor it might b a sign of hyperthyroidism ..i don’t mean to startle u .. it might b perfectly common .. just check beside Ur doc . to b on the safe side ..
