You can really only gain counterweight in your stomach by purchase weight adjectives over. I'm sure having a small waist is a well-mannered thing :) If anything, try toning up areas that you deduce are out of proportion. Muscle takes up smaller number space than fat. That approach you can look slimmer in your problem areas and perchance then things will look better proportioned.
why dont you try loose counterbalance in the other bits?
