Energy contained by working out??
the item is, i KNOW i can and they do too, but i just consistency like i own no energy! this have been lately too. 4 weeks ago i be as energetic as a 5 yr out-of-date, what has happen??!?!
my family say i need to guzzle more and sleep earlier...they enunciate i need to guzzle a WHOOLE lot more and drink lots of fluids because im a still a growing girl (15) and i workout frequently...
i need tips !

guzzle something healthy in the past you go...similar to a salad or something and that way that verve is stays with you longer and try to avoid things resembling candy before going...or if want try gatorade or amp
