Do not sleep on your stomach. Change your mattress to the harder one (I love my sleep comfort nouns mattress) and change the pillow to the contoured one. If you sleep on your side, see that pillow is not too big - consider the size of your shoulder. Also the knees pillow is very useful to keep the correct "posture" contained by the bed.
Another option - look in a chiropractor - you might have a unobserved problem with your support and neck. He will adjust it and also will bestow you more professional advice of how you enjoy to sleep.
