I was 5.2 surrounded by. and weighed 160 lbs.It be from an illness, but I still have to loose. I had the best luck consumption 5 or 6 very smalls meal of all nourishing food. At first drink a lot of sea after you eat so it help you "train" your stomach for less food. No oil, no junk and no soda. The exercise is what help you burn the calories. You burn fat and put in muscle that way. Don't be alarmed if you don't loose weightiness right away because muscle weights more than fat. You will be surprised at the inches you loose. Once you start it will only just melt rotten, if you keep exercising. I mostly swam because it is one of the one and only sports you use all your muscles evenly, and it is not invasive. I be down to 125 in something like 9 months. But I looked like I weigh 105. Good Luck I hope it helps you. Any ?'s in recent times ask.
make a enumerate of exercises that you can do such as crunches, running around the block, swimming, ect. and keep up near it every day. you can do exercises for 30 min later take a break and study t.v. or something for 30 min. also eat respectable foods and drink lots of water. you can still treat yourself beside something every once in a while a short time ago eat smaller amount than what you would normally get through.

ok this is a hard cross-question for my to answer I need to know how oodles calories you eat contained by an avgrage day. I also involve to know what exersise you do on a daily basis plus I know this sounds weird but how soaring are you, it makes a difference. Also what sports are you surrounded by to and what sports would you want to be into?
