What are some great lunch concept?

For the next 5 weeks I have need of to bring my lunch to school (I am taking summer institution at a j.c.) and I need something to be precise healthy that I can prepare immediately 4 days a week.

You said HEALTHY...the posts above are off stub. "Chocolate and Crisps, mayonaisse, Mac and Cheese" are not good choices.

You may want to consider a turkey sandwich on complete wheat bread with adjectives your favorite veggies inside. Also, packaged/canned fish like tuna or chicken, along near some vegetable sticks with some flimsy ranch dressing, protein/cereal bar low in sugar, apple slices, and yogurt lately to name a few. Finally, don't forget to drink plenty of wet.
i can suggest some... chili con carne, lunch meat sandwiches, vegetable salad, spaghetti, mac and cheese.
Lunch concept. You could get a tortilla wrap, put surrounded by sour cream and chive dip, then lettuce and anything else you approaching.

You could also do the same near a pitta bread.

Or just hold a sandwich, with 1-2 pieces of fruit, possibly a chocolate and a bag of crisps.

You could receive yourself a pasta salad. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes, wait till its cool and append bite-sized chopped pieces of veg. Or add 1-2 teaspoons of mayonaise, and tuna and own a tuna pasta salad.

Finally, you could make yourself some soup, put it surrounded by a flask and take it to institution.
