Excercizing and muscle tone..?
I do upper body excercizes every other year, ( weights, and stretching, etc.)
On the opposite light of day, I do lower body excercizes, and some Yoga.
Is it better to do all the excercizes respectively day? Or is it better for muscles to own a rest, and then do them after a sunshine or two?
I have hear that it's better to let muscles rest; is that true? Will I see faster results by doing this?
Thanks
Answer:
When you're exercising, you're roughly tearing muscle fibers. That's why you get hold of sore and tired. To tone muscle, you literally rip the fibers apart. As they heal, they become tighter and stronger. So, you MUST make tracks a day or two of rest contained by between every high intensity work out. It's pious for one day, usually Saturday or Sunday, to be spent resting your entire body.
U r doing ok.
Eat just when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing bar water contained by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits within each teatime, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least possible 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take bedside light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a afternoon.
U will achieve what u own not even dreamt and that too in a conceivable time. Do not be in a hurry.
