I would recommend a mix of protein and low GI carbs for breakfast, eg an egg near brown toast. It will fill you up for much longer than a bowl of soup surrounded by my experience.
not really since it is high surrounded by sodium which can cause hose retention and not very padding. breakfast is so important. you should enjoy protein to keep you going and flood you up longer.
