Should I be worried if after I work out the left side of my body is more sore than my right?

Answer:
Just watch yourself workout, and if you are using one side of your body more when using machines or if you have bad form on one side of your body when doing weights, try to correct that.

Also, post in front of a mirror and compare your muscles on each side, see if the left side is bigger or not. If it is, your probably working out harder on the left side...

Nothing to really worry about as long as you dont feel injured and just sore.
