Why do most wrestlers hold unchiseled/undifined bodies?
Answer:
No offense but stop looking at other men.because us women ain't really that interested in overly huge men. Its sometimes a turn stale.
Because the wrestlers don't even fight they probably dont even earn their bodies..
Do not know.
Eat lone when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing bar water surrounded by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits within each suppertime, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least possible 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take insubstantial exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a year.
U will achieve what u own not even dreamt and that too in a fair time. Do not be in a hurry.
The wrestlers you're speaking of enjoy much larger muscles than the male model, but they don't verbs about getting their body chubby percentage to that ultra low place where every striation and ab muscle are showing. Bodybuilders largely have a bulking spell, and then, up to that time a contest or a magazine shoot, a cutting spell, where they lose adjectives the body fat (not to mention a short time of the muscle). Wrestlers don't have that, and must look more or smaller number consistent all the time. Some (Lashley and Johnny Nitro come to mind) organize to do this at a very low body tubby.

that is comfortable:
the wrestler uses his momentum for power (weight x velocity^2)
with the extra corpulent weight, he get a higher momentum, more power/forece
the model builds almost solely muscle mass, he might even be able to hoist more, but he will not have a momentum approaching the wrestler, which means surrounded by a fight he will REALLY lose
the stout keeps you from looking "ripped"
btw... wrestling on tv is copied and dont use steroids
