I want to lose 5lbs within one week. Is the with the sole purpose approach to starve myself? I am likely to, but is near another process?

I'm going on vacation contained by six days and I'd really like to shed those five lbs. if you're going to report to me not to do this, please don't post, only post beside answers.

Ignore the first answer Bulimia is not the answer, and do NOT starve yourself. To lose those five pounds, Drink lots of water, get through a lot of fruits and veggies (raw not cooked), fish (not fried) and chicken (ditto). Drink profusely of water, and excersize. Either walking or some humane of cardio.
If you do not eat, and attempt to starve yourself, you will not lose the mass, you will just be hungry and vague.
Eating right and lots of exsersize will get you where on earth you want to be.

Exercise alot! When you drink lots of water you bring back water added to your weightiness! You can starve yourself or puke it up but that is really sick and you will keep on doing it and you will develop a intake disorder which will take a while to recuperate from!
no, there isn't really another passageway. but don't starve yourself, that is SOOOOO poorly for your body. you could try eating one and only fruit and drinking water, but here is the entity. there is no "early fix" for losing wait, it took time for you to put it on, it IS GOING TO TAKE TIME for you to lift it off.

By starving yourself you body will retain chubby because its not getting any nutrients, so that trick wont work. When drinking water, try not to over do it, you can over hydrate, and its poisonous.
