What is a good, safe appetite suppressant?

I am dieting and eating right. I exercise every day. I usually eat the same things every day for breakfast & lunch. Some days i do ok, but other days I get so hungry. i'm not starving myself by any means, but i'm wondering if there is something i can take that would suppress my appetite a little during the day.

I try to have at least 1 cup first thing in the morning - drink at least 2 litres of water a day on top of this also.

Drink about 2-4 glasses and wait a few minutes. I guarantee that you will not be as hungry as you were a few minutes prior.
