What Do You Eat Every Day?

Help! I'm 5' 4" and always struggling to lose weight. I need to lose about 25 lbs.

If you're around my height and not overweight, please share what a typical food day is like for you. What do you have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. And how much exercise do you get?

Answer:
I'm 5'2 and weigh 110lbs.
Breakfast: special k or rice Krispys
Lunch: ham sandwich on white bread or a pasta mircrowave meal
Dinner: Pasta meal, Chicken fried rice or pizza.
Snacks: chocolate bars such as Milky bar or Crunch bar.
Total calories around 1500 a day.
Exercise twice a week for a hour plus walking into town every day.

these kind of calculators are everywhere.. this might not be the best but a start... it's all about caloric intake and energy
output.. I am just a little taller and to loose I maintain a 1100 intake to reaaaaaaaally loose (faster) I go down to 800.
