tramp; also walking up stairs is good for this, if you won't hurt your knees. If nearby is a place where you can stroll up the stairs, then ride the elevator down, that would be best. You will be capable of walk up the stairs twice, and recover time by using the elevator.

ohh! do what I did! i lost similar to 5 pounds and I could tell it be from my thighs!! ( and a little from my stomach..)
what I did.. is scretched consequently ran partly a mile.. then get on my bike and biked as fast as i could when its on one of its most hardest settings. after sat and scretched again and run a mile and i kept doing that till i got to 2 miles.. :P hehe accurate luck.. remember to keep drinking sea this summer so u dont get dehyrged... maintain eating.,, lay sour the junk food and try to drink fruits... and SCRETCH!! you dont want to pull ANYTHING! =]] moral luck email me if u want... gmichelle10@yahoo.com

The track I'm doing it is no snacks between meals, exercise five-six times a week, individually I ride 4-5 times a week for about 2 hours, after swim with my children on Sunday mornings for around an hour and I walk everywhere as resourcefully.
It becomes second personality to just do it adjectives and I don't even notice.
