Which is the better form of cardio?
Jumping rope is more interesting and i can do it longer than i can stand to tramp on the treadmill.

I think I read once where on earth 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to 30 minutes of jog (cardio-wise) I'm a avid jumper and to bring additional benefits return with a weighted jump rope.
