Answer:
dont put her on a diet but limit her snacks and buy in good health food like fruit she will close to it b/c its sweet
yes I think you should definetly put her on a diet.
Yeah
not a DIET.. a moment ago feed her well again foods.
she doesnt need to be on a diet u purely need to nurture her healthier foods, and grasp her more active.
yep
lock her surrounded by a empty room and nurture her one meal once a week for 28 weeks,,,,,
drink less and exercise more - that's it surrounded by five words. eat smaller quantity of what is rare surrounded by nature: solid sugar and salt. nobody be fat at Auschwitz
That is a big child. My mom's solely 4' 9" and I don't think she ever weigh much over 100 pounds in her unbroken life. Rather than making it a diet, how just about teaching your daughter to choose in good health foods, make sure the choices she make at fast food restaurants are fine, and find activities that gain her up and moving, preferably out of the hosue.
um, she has a BMI of 33.8. Underweight = <18.5
Normal consignment = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Now if this child is real, you should run take them to a doctor. I am 5' 6" and 1/2. I weigh like...
yes it is cruel but need to reflect about her strength to and u don't want her getting picked on about her mass at school or lofty school when she is elder you are right to start it now closer the better .
well u should but chat to your doctor first and doc will tell you what to do, her body mass idex is extremely big its 34.5 which the normal for her age and height above sea level is 16.8, the normal counterbalance for her should be 67 lbs the most important entry is you should exercise with her adjectives thew time and she cant be laying down watching tv, i would remove the box in this bag untill she loses wait so this will be more motivation for her
You should see a doctor previously you do anything. I think that a diet will be too complex for a seven year old.
no she a short time ago need to put away healthy if you put her on a diet especially one to be exact not designed for her age it may affect the development next to her only human being 7.diets are made for 16+ as there wishes are very different from one an adult
you involve to teach here the need of being fine and exercising.
get her to assist you prepare healthy meal in the kitchen this will serve her understand and you will also catch to spend time together.
encourage her to spend more time out side playing buy showing here you going out and kicking a globe around with her.
YES! She desires to be excercising too
yes and it sounds like she wants a lifestyle change, and if you do it immediately when she is young after it is less promising that she will be overweight as an adult. dont put her on a diet, lately have her chomp through healthy (tons of meat, fruits and veggies, not too much bread or pasta) only like she should other eat and monitor what she eats and try to acquire her involved in a sport and stuff similar to that.
