eat smaller amount

try to eat nutritious fruits and vegetables

start walking 30 minutes 4-6 times a week

take a 30 minute break a afternoon for yourself
stop eating out, no chip's soda and candy. Try walking near the kids or going too the park
Hey it may not work for everyone but have a nourishing fiber filled breakfast and graze the rest of the sunshine on healthy foods close to fruits and veggies..ritualistic eating and cast-offs food are the two biggest causes of size..and avoid escalators and elevators and walk whenever you can...walking is one of the easiest and best ways to work sour calories if you have not the time for a gym..catch out of the car and pace wherever you can... it works for me.
Well since you don't own time to work out...and you have 5 kids consequently...you can try playing with the kids. You know, running near them, bicycling with them, etc. Also, since you already don't get through a lot , in recent times keep that up. But it doesn't thing if you don't eat like mad. It matters what you're consumption. Eat fruits and veggies. Or low calorie foods. Also here's a good tip, when you guzzle breakfast, lunch or dinner... eat it when you're not hungry so that you won't guzzle much but you won't gget hungry. If you eat when you're hungry after you'll eat more so that you're not hungry anymore. I hope this help.
Not eating "alot" isn't other the way to travel, your body needs food to fuel it and after it burns off or stores what it doesn't need(fat).

Dancing is virtuous for burning fat and calories, you can take home it a game beside the kids. Also if there is a Pool near take the kids and swim your heart out while you guide them to swim( or take some course together).

Cut out any Soda and sugary foods you are eating and replace them next to water and foods beside fiber and veggies.

To jump start your diet you could ask your domestic doctor for the "Cardiac diet", It's actually a pretty moral eating plan.
