What should I do when I'm bored?

I'm trying to lose weight and I read that person bored can lead to ingestion. It's Summer, I'm stuck at home all the time, I can't drive, my mom and I are constantly war over the computer, I have a 2 yr behind the times nephew and a 4 year old neice, and I'm not really allowed to be in motion outside because my neighborhood is nicknamed the white ghetto(except to me because nil ever happens beside the meth house down the street). So what can I do to not be so bored? I really entail your help. Thanks!!

Well, if you want to lose immensity staying active will relieve. You have infantile kids around you're house, take power of that. Little kids have lots of verve, so run around the house with them or even only just entertain them some how. Movement is knob.

If kids aren't your thing, find music and freshly move around. Once again movement. You don't have to do a unquestionable type of dance, but only moving around with the music will abet burn unwanted calories.

Water will help you lose bulk as well, and adjectives out snacking will too. The bored--> eating point is true, so when ever you find yourself bored go put money on to just moving around.

To freshly be entertained read a book, even if you've already read it. Go lay on your bed and listen to some tunes, it's incredibly relaxing. Anything like that as long as you're moving or not thinking in the order of eating you should be ok.

blah i have like problem. ive been looking up bop moves on youtube lol and i practice that a lot. its fun and take up a lot of time.
read some books. i HATE reading but ive be so bored that im going to.

kinda enjoy the same problem. ailing give you a document of some stuff i like to do:
-run on treadmill
-watch dvds
-situps
-talk on phone
-READ
-take lots of nap
-watch television
-make jewlery(hemp stuff)
-cook
mm i do alot more outside, thats more or less all i can infer for inside.

resembling your living situation would make a highly interesting
story. Got a typewriter? Or even just pen & dissertation will
do.
Try your hand at writing. It will riddle up your time, and it's
theraputic, too!

u can try to entertain the kiddies, that should hang on to u occupied. also, try to create a diary w/ ur mom so u can have some computer time. relieve her to understand it's so u won't be tempt to raid the fridge so much. since i write, i do that. one of my writing hobbies is to "rewrite" hollywood movies that are out. so heaps of them could use it. when i'm not doing that, audiobooks are my best friend (figuratively speaking).
