Make sure you eat fit! Low carbs, high protein, low tubby!
As always drink lots of hose, and stay away from pop unless diet but still keep it low!! Execise regularly!!

there's a diet you can download for free on the internet call the american airlines diet, if you follow it you will lose 10 pounds in 3 days and its do competent. and works. smile
you need to cut out adjectives sugar from your foods. eat salads, fish, chicken. don't guzzle any thing big in cholesterol. get sure you exercise 30 minutes a day contained by the morning and in the after noontime. also do not eat any item after 7 PM. your body will absorb more heavy if you eat belated.
slowly cut down on your eating
start out by drinking lot's of wet. If you don't like plain dampen then try putting crystal reading light singles in them. they enjoy no sugar. eliminate adjectives of your juke food for a week. Eat LOT'S of fruit and vegetables. it may be hard, but it will work. try and run for atleast a 20 minute walk everyday, your not going to lose substance unless you get some exercise. after your first week is over you can start totalling a few junk foods to hold on to you on track, but don't go over board. don't dance using these diets that "claim" that you will lose 10 pounds in a week. they may cart your weight past its sell-by date at first, but after a while you will put the weight pay for on. if you are determined, you will lose the weight :) correct luck.

- fruit simply!!
Dinner:
- Steamed salmon or cod with steamed vegetables

Rules!!

5 portions of fruit and veg.
always 2000 calories.
no fizzy drinks, crisps or chocolate!
no biscuits!
exercise day by day e.g walking, biking.
no chewing gum.
