How do u put a girl on a mini diet?

my girls are 11 and 9 and the 11 year old is alittle over counterweight and i dont want to put her on a diet and i cant make her quality like she cant drink what her other sister dose. beacuse her other sister is a twig and she takes it after me but my 11 year elderly is a little chubby and o take after her dad. and i dont want to make it give the impression of being like ohh u can devour this but u have to put away this im in crucial help and she crys something beacuse i try to serve her eat right im within need please and thank u

or u could sine them up for boys and girls club or a fun sport like soccer or vollyball

for a snack dispense them an orange or other fruit or even a garnola block

if u want u could take them to tramp with u to the post box


for lunch giv them a wheat bread peanut and jelly sand wich or fruit salad


if u have a dog u could hold eary morning walks near ur chlidren

for dinner cook them lean meat or yummy fish or even a salad

for desert give them a cup of rime cream dont let them over do it . a drink that i only luv is sunny d so try byeing them somthing like that
