Do hot tea help you to lose freight?
Answers: I drink 2 cups green/ginger root tea almost every afternoon.
It helps cut my cravings for food. The tea which I construct by steeping thin slices of ginger root contained by hot water and afterwards adding hot green tea have virtually no calories. The tea does not make me help yourself to off pounds. It freshly helps be to hold my food intake and activities more within balance. I am not on a crash diet. Which ability I am just trying to hold off a pound or 2 every month.
I exercise: swim and or bearing 45 to 55 minutes everyday and eat okay balanced meal with plenty of fruit and vegetables. Lots of unharmed grains. I parameter red meat to less than once a week. And own, at least, one totally meatless hours of daylight every week.
It depends. Are you drinking it black (no milk/cream or sugar)? If so, it may help, but, if you append milk and/or sugar, it won't help at adjectives.
