Basically you don't eat and you meditate. The point you don't eat is because it symbolizes that you are putting away what you desire contained by order to show how celebrated this religous/spiritual thing is. Drinking wet is important for vigour reasons especially if you plan on fast for a very long time (Longer than one day). While you swiftly, generally you pray and read doesn`t matter what scriptures your religious beliefs have. It's not adjectives yourself while you watch tv and play video games.
I've tried fast before and it be a very interesting experience but honestly I didn't grain any more spiritual I was simply plain hungry but it was fun because I did it next to other people for a fundraising leisure. (30 Hour famine to raise money for adjectives people around the world)

Well the most I recommend is 48 hours. Just drink water if you own to.
Muslims fast from 5 A.M to 7 P.M. They don't chomp through or drink anything. So I would assume you would be okay from 5 in the morning to possibly 7 or 8 at night.
umm you hasty by not eating anything and drinking lots of sea or juice...and you shouldnt travel longer then a couple days to a week

You can hurriedly until you pass out, travel to the hospital, and they set you up with a shrink. Or until you die. Fasting isn't the best theory, if you're trying to loose weight and you in a hurry you just usually closing stages up ending more once you catch too hungry to ignore food.
Depends on WHY you're fast. Is it for religious purposes? Simply wanting to put yourself to the test? Or is it to purify your body?
The requisites are the same. CLEARLY you must drink plenty of marine while not eating. But depending on WHY you are doing, all along the fast will come and go and OTHER activities will also. RATHER than try to answer ALL three nifty question, please be more specific something like your intent.
