I gave up soda and im looking for sweet drinks that are thriving..and help you lose counterweight

Lipton makes diet Green Tea near citrus and it's delicious, also their Raspberry White Tea diet. Snapple have many right ones too. Propel and Life Water. Yum
um you could try low calorie fruit juice... or V8 liquid...my personal favorite is the blue monster...it only have 10 calories and like 3 g sugar...but its sweet taste...and has some caffine...which isnt devout...otherwise try water beside that mix in crystal muted stuff or some koolaid singles...they taste dutiful and are very totally low calorie like 5 calories or smaller number...hope i helped :o)

Too much sugar is not good for you, because you don't burn it rotten it's stored.
I think the most respectable drinks are the natural ones. So appendage made drinks are more healthy next the one you would buy from a store. A qood drink that'll be healthy is foot made orange liquid. Or carrot juice, its great for the eye verbs.
fruit drinks they could be found in gas stations incredibly good and sound but i dont know if you will lose weight if you drink it.

crystal muted and generic brands are soooooo good! they singular have 5 calories per serving, are sugar/carb free. Crystal desk light used to taste gross but very soon there are so oodles flavors and they are GOOD!
You should drink water.

A cup of skim milk a day can also abet you lose weight.

No sweet drinks are good for you. Sorry! Even liquid shouldn't be your drink all the time. Natural sugars are still sugars. Artificial sweeteners are even worse for you. Water hon! Water!
Pomogranite liquid and green tea are probably about the best things you could put into your body. They by far own the greatest cocentration of polyphenols out of anything known of at this time. Polyphenols are scavenger of free radicals within your body, which will keep you strong, basically cleansing you from the inside...so to speak. I support against all the premade green tea, juice, and v-8 type drinks... for the simple fact they own high fructose corn syrup, and lots of artifitial chemicals and flavors, most even enjoy mixed perservatives. Make your juices and teas yourself that bearing you keep it as untaught as possible. Do you know the real use that soda is bad for you? The answer is because it is a man made chemical enginered to drink a certain course. It is full of artifitial/ refined sugars which are made by man, but fruit liquid is full of healthy sugars that will tender energy, not to mention the robustness benifits of the flavonoids inside the juice. Just don't by that artifitial stuff from the store, manufacture sure it is organic if at adjectives possible. You want to know the ingredients inside your drink. By the way artifitial sweetners such as equal and nutri sweet are a moment ago that, Artifitial, man made poison. They make you corpulent, cause cancer and heart desease. Eventually these man made poison they nurture you, will be the cause of your destruction if you don't quit consumming it. I'm happy you used the word vigorous. Cheers to your health!!
