Is this a accurate course to lose shipment?

Im 15 and about 5'9 and 176lbs Im not really fleshy but more chubby
Im subscribed to a gym and im currently working on a good diet
This is what I currently do at the gym:1 hour of strenght training(I read somewhere if you hold more muscles mass that you burn more fat if you do nought e.g watch Television) and consequently 20 minutes of cardio HIIT

That sounds like a well brought-up plan... When you are strenght training though, try not to lift tooo much immensity. So instead of doing reps of 8-10 of heavy weightiness, try a little lighter counterbalance and do 12-14 reps.

Your 15, meaning, your body and bones still own to grow alot more.so dont do anything too heavy that can stunt your growth. Focus more on self toned.

I'd do the cardio hit first. That way you melt up your muscles and get your body into margarine burning mode.

You're right about the muscle mass piece but bear within mind that your body is capable of feed upon itself and your muscles can literally self destruct if you don't give yourself adequate food.

I'd really should be saying, hey, you're infantile, relax etc...but I did exact same thing myself...and it beat the hell out of frying your brains on computer games.

Cardio is more important than lifting weights contained by order to lose counterbalance. I hear you are supposed to do up to an hour a day of cardio (running, biking, swimming, etc.) 5 days a week. I do give or take a few 45 minutes of running per day :O. GL!
yea i dream up that would be good. i would approaching to join a gym but they are adjectives far and my mom thinks im 2 babyish
do more cardio, that is the fastest course to lose weight. also kind sure you cut out things like soda, cast-offs food, etc. without a proper diet adjectives the gym work in the world wont assist you. with strength training you won't lose counterweight, your weight will stay roughly speaking the same due to the reality muscle weighs more than chubby. but i would increase your cardio to 45 minutes to an hour if you truly want to lose weight
