Any perception why my forearm would be slaughter me after working out?

Hey all! I've be working out for about 3-4 weeks immediately, usually about 4 times a week. The problem is that these ultimate few days my forearms have be killing me. I especially be aware of it when I am doing any kind of curls motion. I don't know if I ripped something or if it's only sore but when I work out it tends to hurt plentifully. Today is chest / tri's day for me and I'd hatred to miss out on a gym day but I don't want to hurt myself anymore later I already have.

Has anybody ever experienced this past? I don't want to go to a doctor because I don't enjoy insurance. Should I just work through it at the gym or should I clutch a couple of days off? Thanks within advance!


Answers:    The muscle wishes time to repair itself, not really an uncommon problem. Working out creates small tears contained by the muscles and if you overdue it, the tears are worse. Just take time sour from working out that area.
Find someone who can speak about you what it is in your neighborhood.
Insurance would comfort though.
