How much substance will i lose if i use the treadmill 5 days a week?
i was a short time ago wondering how much weight do you regard i will lose per week or month?
i currently have be working out on the treadmill for 30 mins per day for almost a week, and i am consumption 1000 calories a day, i currently weigh 140 pounds (10 stone) and im 5.5, any philosophy roughly how much you think i will lose?? or a website tht will let somebody know me??
