I want to lose bulk, what is the most impressive exercise in that is??

I've already lost about 15.5 pounds, but want to lose more. What I'm losing this consignment for is in rather under 3 weeks. Does anybody own any suggestions that will help me lose in the order of 6-10 pounds in that time. I know you're simply supposed to lose 1-2 pounds per week, but by any chance is nearby any "loop-hole" around that??
