It's an excellent amount. And dutiful for you, trying to eat in good health.
And you can even have a second slice of pizza if you are still hungry. You defiinitely shouldn't starve yourself, and you can other just chomp through extra healthy the subsequent day to "get it up".
But be a little strict near yourself-- only one (small) slice of cake, as you said. And no pop-- it's a refuse of calories; you are right to choose water instead, which will hydrate you better! It's jammy to go crazy beside chips and not even realize it, so better to avoid them altogether.
If there's fruit or salad (even though not mentioned contained by the invitation) help yourself. Just stay away from any creamy salad dressing.
And remember, it's okay to treat yourself once surrounded by a while. Pizza and cake is fine to eat-- just not every afternoon. After the party, try to chomp through extra-healthy for the next few days. Then you might want to treat yourself again, as encouragement.

yeah that's okay. party are when i ditch my diet to spoil myself. but i work out the next time. i think everyone should spoil themselves every once surrounded by awhile
