Go to the gym when sore? Bad for you?

i pulled muscles in my legs a few days ago from running barefoot, so immediately when I go to the gym I swim instead of workout because it's smaller quantity stressful on those muscles. Don't stress already-sore muscles.
Really, it's okay to exercise everyday. Cardio everyday is good. It doesn't enjoy to be streneous cardio, but light to moderate. Weight lifting should be every other sunshine. One day it should be your upper body consequently the next time your lower body. If you in recent times feel resembling you need to step but you're sore on the lower body then make available your upper body a work out. You can over do it.
Give your legs a rest for a day or two.
It's better to miss a couple days of working out than to stir to them gym and risk injuring yourself.
Do some gentle streches for your legs and knees, and work your upper body instead.
One sunshine of skipping excercise is not going to affect your weightloss.
hi mate what you are felling is delayed muscle fatigue so a rest light of day may be needed, how ever this is the catch 22, if you verbs to train with the muscle groups that are sore, I'm not discussion weight or manners training, just to preserve the muscles moving as when they stiffen up it will feel worse. what you entail to do is after 3 days training you have a rest light of day, however without see within your structured training plan it's hard to offer advise.
