I wanna gain bulk, sustain!?
Here's the thing:
Recently I hold on to hearing from my friends that they said I am too strong.
Well my weight is 51~54 KG and I know I am scrawny, but I just don't know what to do.
What should I do contained by order to gain cargo? Eat a lot?
Eat what after?
And do I need to chomp through snacks with mile between every buffet? or does this work?
I heard some folks say that taking whey protein shake could in actuality gain weight.
Does this true? Cause I wanna gain solidity in proclaim to build muscles.
I really don't know what to do and I really need your relief!!

Answers: Simple, eat more calories consequently u expend... for u i'm guessin u'll wanna eat nearly 3,000 cal a day and start a workout program as muscle weigh much more than fat. if u seize on a workout program and eat plenty of protein throughout the daytime (meats,cheeses,milk,nuts, etc) then i'm sure u'll gain just about 10 lbs. in the first month
Eat a Balanced diet
dunner bother near the gym
go and verbs a garden for somebody like an OAP for free, to be precise a win/win situation.
