2) put away lots of fruits and veggies (make a smoothie for breakfast with low cal yogurt, rime, strawberries and bananas; have an apple between breakfast and lunch; sandwich and celery sticks for lunch; granola lump for snack; grilled chicken and veggies for dinner - sample morning of food)
3) exercise 3-4 times a week for 60 minutes each (get your heart rate up, contained by other words)...you can do this by: swimming, jogging, running, biking, treadmill, tennis, volleyball, dance, aerobics, etc
if you try and do a "crash diet", the weight will adjectives come back but if you stick to a decent plan you can keep it sour for life...

OK - here it is. Do not eat dinner. Be sure you hold breakfast and lunch and at least one snack. Have your later snack at 4 or 5pm and that's it. You will drop weight approaching a stone. Drink two big glasses of wet at the sink at 7pm. This is a short term solution. I lost 6 pounds contained by one week just by adjectives out dinner. Healthy? Probably not the best, but it works.
