If i dont get through for 4 days?
Answer:
You'd be really hungry and overeat at the terminate of the 4 days or before it. It would be nearly impossible to work out lacking fueling your body with fuel. What will probably occur is you would get dizzy, possibly miss out and feel vastly weak and tired and you wouldn't lose any solidity because you'd end up tired and overeating. If you want to lose mass, try eating salads and wet for a week while working out. At least you'd draw from food into your body. If you did it that way you'd lose in the order of 10lbs I'd say.
You would die of over exercising near no energy (food)
So yeah, when you die you won't trouble how much weight you lost...Would you?
You wouldn't be competent too. You won't last 2 days. Plus when you starve yourself your body starts to conserve margarine to help you survive longer
DON'T TRY THAT!! You would grasp incredibly sick &possibly die.
you would die. plain and simple. you would collapse on the second and third day, and any go into a comma or die. don't be stupid. pick a sensible diet plan. the one and only thing this can organize to is anorexia, and bulemia
You would lose some muscle and water mass, that's about it. It is a stupid concept. When you deprive your body of food, the body stores fat as an emergency source of dash and allows the body to burn muscle tissue for energy. So progress ahead.
You actually gain counterweight when you stop eating. Your body think you are starving and starts to break down your muscles. You obligation to eat smaller meal 6 times a day. Then it's safeto work out more
that's call anorexia. and it's unhealthy. if you don't chomp through and are exercising like that, you will go by out. whatever it is you perceive you need to be thinner for (in 4 days) isn't going to be totally enjoyable if you can't even stand up. don't be an idiot.
