Am I overweight??
maybe its because i hold skinny friends,
or am i really overweight?
i am short for my age, 13 years old and onli 4 foot 10 inches.
but, i weigh about 115 pounds.
i own been trying to lose substance by playing DDR (which helps) and watching what i eat.
but should i verbs? or should i stop worrying so much??
i always bring quizzes on websites because this bothers me so much. they never give me straight answers.
some vote i am overweight.
some say i'm not.
some articulate i am at risk.
can i please have a straight answer?

i calculated your body mass and its in the commonplace range so stop worrying..also ur merely 13..you just reach puberty, and loads of ppl at ur age are overwate ,but stretch thought out there teen years lacking dieting..
its still good to scrutinize ur food ,and not to eat to much sweets an unwanted items food...also keep on exercising...and if u return with bored of it..just put on ur predilection song and dance around similar to crazy in ur room..powerfully ,that's at least what i do..hehe

no you have to be around 150 at your height my sister is 4 190 and she weigh 120 ans she is not overweight
Listen...Go to a Doctor ask them what you need to do to return with healthy or to prolong as your health already is. we own no idea. And if he say your not overweight...tell adjectives those low life pricks to wack bad.

i think u hold a normal body immensity, but if ur are really that subconscious exercise like amble or run everyday, do pilates and last munch through normally.
you are approximately 8.2 stones. thats fine for your age! however, because you are short possibly do keep ingestion healthily and making sure you maintain a strong shape. just becuse your not overweight doesnt denote you should stop doing those things. please dont over worry yourself, you are just 13, have fun! :)
you are not over weightiness you are just fine i shipment exacly 115 and i am also 13 but i am 5ft 1in and i took this body mass and index test and it say that i am not over weight and of late because u ar lil bite smaller than me doesnt mean you are overweight so dont verbs about it.. you should still hold the sport that you are playing and eat thriving dont go on a crazy diet freshly eat vigorous you should go online and dig out 4 healthy eatings 4 teenagers..okay i hope my advice help
hunny you are WAY to young to be concerned in the region of your weight...thats not overweight to answer your request for information.

Your Body Mass Index number is 24, which is surrounded by the healthy band. As long as you make sure you are ingestion healthy and excersizing, you are fine. Plus, you might still enjoy a growth spurt ahead of you, since you are still growing at 13 and you are still in puberty. So you might grow really high soon and it will make you more proportional.
Also, muscle is denser than round, so while it may seem similar to you aren't losing a lot of weight- that doesn't stingy you aren't healthy. You could a short time ago be losing your fat and replacing it beside muscle :)
