I'm 119 pounds I'm 14 and I stand at 5'4". Is that too fat for my age and height above sea level. I feel close to I'm obese. If it is and I do need to loose bulk, can anyone recomend a quick and straightforward way to loose counterbalance before the train of summer? (Before August the 15)

Ok, I'm writing this even though I never like to respond to these things but I thought this might lend a hand you.
During the last partly of my Eighth grade year when adjectives of my class was celebrate the end of large school I become completely wrapped up in loosing counterweight. It all begin when I randomly plopped on the size one day and found to my horror that I have passed the 100lbs marker. At fourteen I be mortified. For some reason I have always of late had it contained by my head that I would other be thin, but what I didn’t realize be that at 5'4'' and 115lbs I was.
The subsequent couple of weeks I went support and fourth between feeling completely huge or ok beside myself. At first it was only just in the rear legs of my head, but I summarily began person unable to go beyond a mirror without viewing my "fat" in the past looking away in disgust and humiliation. Unable to sleep at darkness I would stay up late desperately inquiring the internet for pictures of celebrities to assert my weight. I found none. Because by that time the beginnings of anorexia have set in and I be searching for a "thin" that within reality I would never own. I wanted to look similar to the long and lean stars that I idled close to Keira Knightley and Audrey Hepburn, but at 5'4'' that just be not possible.
I begin judging everyone who walk by me to make myself be aware of better saying "oh she’s flab, she’s huge, and the occasional, God she’s so thin I need I could be her".
By the time I went shopping for a graduation dress I have it in my person in charge that if I starved myself all week I would be tough and "Happy" for the big day. And so I tried to do it but my will power give out an hour before the ceremony during a tutor student pizza party. I stood their famished have not eaten adjectives week battling near myself before grab a piece of pizza and guzzling it down and then running rotten to the girls bathroom to cry. I cried because I had one-time, I cried because of what I had become, but mostly I cried because I be ashamed. I considered necessary to stop but at that point I couldn’t, my little insecurity had turned to a full on complex.
That summer was hell. I remember spending my little brothers 9th birthday beside my hand down my throat contained by the bathroom. Bent on being tough for the first day of large school, I would set starvation goal for myself. Days without food would move me delirious and I would then binge on out of control amounts of food before adjectives myself again as punishment. At first I said you'll be thin by July, next I said August, September, November, Christmas, March, it went on and on. I'm now 5'4'' fifteen years matured and weigh 136lbs. funny huh because I wanted to weigh smaller amount and ended up near more. But I’ve come to accept where on earth I went wrong and find elation with myself. I presently understand how serious shipment loss can be, especially for young compliant teenagers like ourselves. With that being said, the ONLY possible basis why 119lb would look fat on someone your largeness is if you have positively no muscle on your body - highly unlikely. Do you construe you look fat, or unhealthy? If you diet and all you might still look a bit unsightly because you don't appear toned/in shape.
