Sorry, I can't inform your gender base on your pic. For a male, you would be slim at this counterweight. For a female, you are average.
By a round face to you be determined thick cheeks? Extra plump under the chin? Facial structure and the propensity to store heavy in diverse areass is genetic.
However, since you say you enjoy some belly fat, I enjoy to assume that you may be carrying a few extra pounds.
Diet and exercise are the only instrument to pare down excess fat to expose the muscle and bone structure underneath.
I'm sure you are aware of the miscellaneous ab exercises, they are posted everywhere. However, not everyone is aquainted with facial exercises. Commonly used by aging women as a unconscious 'face lift' these same exercises will tone the facial muscles and give it a slimmer appearance.

Facial exercises do work!
Good luck!
p.s. I don't need the incentive of a 'prize' I'm here because I want to be.
Chances are, your obverse is not fat, you purely have a round facade. So do I! It's not a big deal - but if you enjoy a lot of excess curvy on your body it might make you discern a bit bigger than you are.
Dieting is always great but even if I be to drop 50lb, my face would still look "round". The singular reason why your facade would really have like mad of excess fat is if you be really overweight - but you sound resembling you're in clad shape already.
Exercising is great no matter where on earth the fat on your body is. Make a point to do somewhat something every day, and that pudge on your tummy will drop rotten in no time.
And remember - to take the best results, to a mixture of both cardio and strength training! Jogging every day will be great, but if you hurry one day, and afterwards do some weight exercises on your abs, arms, and thighs the other sunshine, you will get an amazing toned body within no time! Arms and stomach are the best - you will see your arms starting to tone up in one and only 3 weeks or so. The fat will start to drop past its sell-by date your stomach quickly, but be prepared to continue for a while if you want a lot of toned muscle (ie, six pack). Patience is a rectitude!
Remember your face is round, not oil. We can't help our body's shape, so may as okay make the best of it.
To be honest, you might want to try going for a fresh hair look. I know that sounds silly but some quill styles look better on round faces. Go for a layered look, and hold the shortest layer focused on somewhere bar your cheeks - like your eyes, or perchance your mouth. Really short hair doesn't other look great on round cheeks.
And a plus! Women with round face age much better than those with those skinny leaned out cheeks. So you'll thank yourself for them in 30 years.
Edit: Sorry I a short time ago went on around that thinking you're female, sorry for the assumption! I'm not sure what masculinity you are, but what I said for the most part still applies, even the aging module...just replace women near men :P
The hair isn't as big a operation I guess if you're male. Sorry for the assumption once again :)
