Why do family enunciate mayonnaise is desperate for you?

I know that it's high contained by fat and calories, but if you look within the ingredients they are all vigorous fats. Mayo is also glorious in Vitamin K, so what does everyone see wrong near it?

mayonnaise is made with grease and eggs. Whole eggs, which are not in any method "good" fats. Egg yolks are loaded next to cholesterol, and the oils used are loaded near transfats which become cholesterol, don't know how you figure mayonnaise is fit, it isn't.

it is only honest for you if you eat it on French fries. vitamin K? that isn't contained by my multivitamin. doesn't sound resembling a good adequate reason to munch through mayo to me.
Healthy fats are simply omega 3 fatty acids and some plant oils.
I chew over the reason is that, ancestors would bring potato salad to picnics. (which is made with mayonaisse) and if it wasn't properly chilled, relations would get sick.
Real intact fat Mayo is the culprit here. Made beside oil and eggs, it pack a chlorosterol punch. Plus one tablespoon is 100 calories, that is as calorie dense as butter.

For the nutritional benefit you find, the bad outweighs the polite.

Instead, try one of the light mayo's or standard lamp miraclewhip.

You don't have to impart up the things you love, just modify them a bit.
Mayonnaise can be upright, but it's not a significant source of K, and yes some fats are righteous, but the oils and eggs they put contained by it aren't good fat really. You can still enjoy mayonnaise, because some folks don't know exactly what they mean when they articulate stuff sometimes. So when you have your subsequent sandwhich, enjoy the mayo but purely watch how much you use! =)
