I weigh 150 and i want a flat stomach by summer. I have a treadmill i single run a mile on it 5 days a week. do u think that will serve or should i put more miles on it?
Answers: eat vagetables and fruits singular, drink more than 2 liters of water a daytime and go for sit ups and run your thred mill
