The simple things work well and you will relish them. Start with a apt old hoof it or bike ride and see what puts a smile on your face.
A detox diet is a great means of access. Maybe do a week on then a week past its sell-by date. But still eat powerfully on your week off! Stay away from adjectives restaurant and fast food. Run or wander everyday if possible. Do some crunches in the past bed.

Join a slimming group or if don't want to spend money look on the Internet for low fat foods and recipe and cut out fatty snacks and move about more but don't fixate about.
Basically munch through less and exercise more!!
Easier said than done but as you own a goal to aim for (your holiday) it may net it easier.
Don't be unrealistic in your solidity loss though, slow and steady is the best way to loss mass, you don't want to make yourself bad.

Basically just chomp through healthy (around 800 calories a year to start off)
and do lost of exersize... best and healthiest way :) x
the Atkins diet...its brilliant. low carb, instinctive fats & big protein...its a really nice diet. if you stick to it...that will shift the weight..you'll never be hungry and you will enjoy much more energy which is an added bonus! - upright luck!!
