Does anyone else just forget they are consumption? Well heres my story- ABout 4 years ago i went to Spain i be so homesick i didnt eat for 2 1/2 weeks!! I lost 20 pounds and hold yet to finish a prevailing conditions sized meal! Now that i enjoy a baby it seem to just escape my mind! Of course i ate when i be pregnant-much thanks to my hubby who made sure of that! But is this something that i can fix? Any suggestion? And please dont mock me!

since your not used to drinking regularly, i suggest eating smaller portions first, and than little by little eat more--but dont OVER guzzle though

I do when i get stuck and in some item so i forget to eat. My friends or who ever is beside have to remind me to guzzle because i am on the skinny side. You could drink a protein shake in the morning. So if you forget to devour then you are drinking some piece to put calories on. I hope i helped. Email me if you call for anymore help.
