This depends on your current conditioning.
If you are slim already with exceptionally little body fat, next crunches are the way to move about.

If you have body chubby that needs to be removed to see your abs, you may hold a six pack already. This would require Diet and Cardio to help you lose so you can see the six pack.

recommend: day after day crunches
start low if you dont already do these and work up to 4 sets of 40.

Eat more fiber 25 to 35gms per day
well done with bran ceral for breakfast.

Do cardio 30 to 60 minutes on a daily basis.
Inerval Cardio works the best.

When increasing your exercise it is natural to also increase teatime sizes. dont let this come about, or you might just be spinning your wheel.

if you can, and want faster results, keep your calories between 1500 and 2000 day after day. If this is too much, which most people dont want to do. Just try to devour smart foods.

Boy you better excercise. Stop eating adjectives that junk food and get through subway or something like that. Eat on form. Go to a gym.
Try a low fat diet next to LOTS of fruits and veggies. Then do sit ups as much as you can and as often as you can.
OK... i get some exercises you could do, but its going to take some frozen work... lay flat on your back beside your hands underneath your butt and slowly hoist your feet almost six inches off the ground. hold this for as long as possible. it will really start to hurt surrounded by your abs. if the top of your legs start to hurt, bend your knees just a touch bit. do this DAILY! until you feel more self confident... trust me, this really works. but the stronger you gain, and the more weight you lose, the longer you must do the exercise. in recent times lay down on the floor when your fav. TV show comes on and watch that while doing the exercise, it really help to take your mind stale the pain... nearby are many variation of this exercises like lifting your legs up and down drastically slowly, or spreading your legs apart then closing them while they are still stale the ground, that works out your outer abdominals and obliques. hope this helps... and remember, not a soul can lose weight unless they are on a in shape diet that your body needs... p.s. remember, and i cant stress this plenty, never, ever, EVER, do anything with out stretching your abs first, it might support to stretch your legs as well when first study this exercise.
do two excersizes a day: one contained by the mornin and one in the evening, prefferably more than two hours back you go to sleep.

contained by the mornin, do one set of push ups (however many you have a feeling comfortable doing, probably should start off next to 10 or so, then verbs up as you progress) follow this set of push ups with a set of sit ups (maybe 20, consequently move up as you progress) then repeat these two sets another time for your mornin workout.

so, basically do this:
1 set of push ups
1 set of sit ups
another set (the same number you in recent times did) of push ups again
another set (the same number you just did) of sit ups again
next you are done for the mornin.

repeat in the afternoon

after a while, you will know how to move up in the number of ones you do contained by each set, however this excersize go hand contained by hand beside eating healthily. that doesn't neccessarily mingy earting ONLY subway, but what i find works is cooking my own food at home, on the grill, skillet, etc.
