Tell Me About How to decline the stress?
Answer:
(1) Avoid over-work,
(2) Do not fight next to rascals,
(3) Meditate on God,
(4) Do not brood over your olden mistakes,
(5) Avoid negative thinking,
and so forth.
I write or read, I'm trying to find into the habit of jogging/walking and logically sex = )
What are you stressed about? Is it relations? Get away from them and stay away from them. Is it bills? Get a second job and put every cent of the earnings on the bills only. Is it food? Go to the gym and work out for a while. Is it everything? Relax within a quiet place. Leave the house if you own to. Take five deep, slow breaths. Focus your thoughts on a obedient place for you. Concentrate on what you want for you. If you can get away from the place you live and the stressors, pack up, verbs. You only live once.
Running really help. Also, yoga never hurt anybody!
try thinking of a happy place(sounds dumb, but it kinda works) try yoga, or something close to it. it should reduce stress. loook on yahoo.thay newly had a dutiful article about stress. perfect luck.
