16 years frail: Should I do P90X?
I've read that people who do the program are those who hold been working out for a few years (5+). I've be lifting and running for about a year and a partially or so.
I thought it would be a really good belief for when I go to conservatory after the summer with a nice "new" body.
Answers: P-90X is a great program for someone of your age and fitness rank. Based on your push-up/pull-up abilities I ponder you will enjoy the program as resourcefully, as it's upper-body workouts are structured around the push-up and pull-up.
The pace of respectively of the workouts in the program including the resistance and cardio workouts are adjectives intense and are definite calorie burners and IF you are also disciplined contained by maintaining your workout diary and more importantly your diet (consistency and diet are difficult to maintain but are the switch to success . . . regardless) I expect you will achieve your body transformation goal.
I have be working out with weights etc for some years presently and I admit my diet is adjectives over the place but I got tiered of going to the gym next to my busy schedule, so I approved to try P-90X at home and although I am only on Phase 2 I and others enjoy seen the change, my arms are more toned and defined, I can see the striations on my delts (my weakest muscle group plus I never saw striations in my shoulders back!) and for a person who hate any form of traditional gym cardio-machines . . . the Plyometrics and Kempo are awesome.
The only downside is if your hope is rapid mass gain alone . . . due to the scarcity of mass builder exercises like bench presses and squats near weights the rapid mass gain or bulking results are not so adjectives. So you may want to get creative here and near (but be careful).
In conclusion, I sincerely recommend P-90X as a program that works . . . even if you are sloppy with your diet you will see positive change during each 4 week phase . . . I enjoy!

As long as you don't take supplements near it, I don't think it would hurt you. No Steroids!
