Does anyone know any honourable protein powder that wont be rugged on the stomach?

anyone?

Answer:
When I took it years ago, i used Weiders protien shakes. However, the side effects from these shakes could be dangerous as you bring back older. I enjoy three friends who died form cancer, and four friends (as well as myself) who suffer from arthritis.

Maybe the best answer for you is too drink alot of pastas, or convert your diet to eating 6 or more small meal a day.
I don't know if it's thorny on the stomach but my brother is obsessing over his Muscle Milk powder. It's chocolate-milkshake-like from what I remember, and according to him it's one of the better taste protein powders.
Most powders are whey protein, which is milk-based. Typically the only pretext a protein powder would be hard on your stomach is if you are some sort of lactose intolerant. If this is the covering, try switching to a casein protein (egg based) for awhile and see if the problems go away. A word of requirement though: pure casein protein powders don't taste adjectives that great.
