Good plan for working out?

I wasnt to start working out, but not to the extreme, just approaching once a while to get a pious build. So I have a consignment machine,dumbells, and a treadmill down my crypt. That is like a mini gym. but I inevitability a good work out plan. Like what should I do?

warm-ups- sit ups,verbs ups, push ups.
lifting weights
running treadmill

so what should I do first out of all three? and respectively one for how long? Also is it wise to skip on a trampoline during my work out plan, cause I also want some rise.
