How to you lose weight on your legs (thighs and calves) and other areas?

ok...
i want to lose weight on my legs this summer.
so i can look better this school year.
all my friends have really skinny legs and my legs are fat...
the biggest problem is on my inner thigh...
i also wany thin calves too...
i dont really care if it's hard as long as its not THAT hard... and fast and efficient...
any help?
and also how would you get skinnier waist?
(i heard itz impossible to focus only ONE area during an exercise tho...)

Squats for your inner thighs...but your calves (i've heard) cannot loose weight.
i have the same problem, i suggest going out for walks everyday or even better out for runs.
thats what i'm doing everyday for about 30 mins every day
i think it should solve the leg+waist problem.

walk 30-60 minutes per day and do squats every other day. Of course lose some weight overall by eating right too.
