How can i gain bulk and gain muscle?
Answer:
Ok,
My metabolism is fundamentally much like yours. I enjoy been skinny for a long time and find the gym help a lot! You wont gain flabby, but you will gain muscle, and whats great for skinny guys like you and me is if you preserve it up you will look really cut because there is no podgy to hide the muscle :)
HOWEVER, do not follow the 50 grams of protein guidance posted above. Our metabolism is NOT like theirs and you will extension up pooping most of that out. I found the following saw some great results:
A mass carbohydrate intake an hour before the gym. So noodles, pasta etc. Plus a coffee & some sweets to bring a caffeine & sugar rush.
After the gym pop a banana to get quickly simple proteins that will stop muscle degeneration. Then within an hour of going away the gym have another mass carbohydrate intake of noodles and pasta but this time near protein. So TUNA is a perfect simple protein bed, meats are appropriate but harder to digest.
Then finish it off near a protein & Carbohydrate shake. My shake is 1/3 Protein, 2/3 Carbo because i was seriously skinny and am concerned more or less losing any fat/muscle.
You should take the shake first, but I own a small stomach so if i drink the shake first i tend not to finish the 2nd meal after the gym -.-
Also trade name sure you REHYDRATE. Get an isotopic drink like Gatorade and own it all after your 2nd dinnertime. Dont drink too much while at the gym itself.
My dad used to weight lift up and his trainer told him the quickest way to gain immensity was to guzzle Reeses cup, but you have to be sure that you verbs your workout routine.
And of course they hold supplements at GNC...
you need to increase your protien intake to around 50grams 3 times a time, and hit the gym
if yo really want to gain weight and muscle,i construe that the below website will help you to find the right solution.
